For shopkeepers and partners

Why a travel desk suits a village shop

A change of plan is handled at the same counter, not another trip.

01

Commission per booking

Each confirmed booking earns a commission, and packages and family bookings earn more per visit.

02

Seasonal peaks

Festivals, harvest and school holidays bring families who would otherwise travel to a town agent.

03

After-sales handled

Cancellation, reschedule and refund status are tracked against the booking reference.

In the village

The ticket counter is now in the village

A village family planning a pilgrimage, a festival trip or a hospital visit used to send someone to the town agent or the station a day early. At a DuePe CSP the bus, train or flight is searched, booked and paid in one visit, and the e-ticket arrives on the phone.

Cancellations and refunds are handled at the same counter, so a change of plan does not mean another trip to town.

Common questions

Questions about tickets

Can tickets be cancelled at the shop?

Yes. Cancellation is done at the same DuePe CSP and the refund follows the operator's or airline's rules, credited back against the booking reference.

How does the customer get the ticket?

As an e-ticket by SMS and a printed receipt from the shop. For trains, the PNR is the ticket together with the passenger's ID.

Is ID needed?

For trains and flights, a government ID of the passenger is needed at travel time; bus operators may ask for one at boarding.

Can the customer choose the seat?

For buses, the seat is chosen before booking. For trains and flights, seats follow the operator's allocation rules.

Are tour packages available?

Yes. Pilgrimage and holiday packages with the itinerary and inclusions can be booked at the same counter.

Can the whole family be booked together?

Yes. Several passengers can be added to one booking, so the family travels on the same ticket or PNR.
