What you get

What a distributor controls

One distributor, one district, a shop in every lane.

Retailer onboarding

Create retailer accounts, complete KYC and activate DuePe CSPs in your area, all from the app while you are at the shop.

Service permissions

Enable AEPS, UPI ATM, money transfer, bills, recharge, travel and gift cards per retailer, and switch any of them off when needed.

Wallet funding

Top up retailer wallets and see every debit, reversal and settlement in the ledger, so every rupee in your network is accounted for.

Commission visibility

Service-wise margin, retailer activity and open cases in one dashboard, so you know which shops need a visit this week.

How it works

Four steps to a running network

  1. 1

    Apply and verify

Business details, service area, contact person and settlement bank account.

  2. 2

    Approve retailers

Your field team onboards shops; you approve them and assign services.

  3. 3

    Fund wallets

Transfer balance to retailers; the ledger records every movement.

  4. 4

    Monitor and reconcile

Daily activity, pending cases, commissions and settlements, all by reference.

Common questions

Questions from distributors

Talk to our team
What do I need to start?

A registered business or proprietorship, a settlement bank account, a service area, and the intent to onboard retailers. Capital for wallet funding depends on your network size.

How do I earn?

A share of the commission on every transaction made by retailers under you, service by service, credited to your DuePe wallet and settled to your bank.

How many retailers can I manage?

There is no fixed cap. Distributors run networks from a few shops in one taluka to hundreds across a district.

Can my retailers offer AEPS and UPI ATM?

Yes. Services are switched on per retailer from the distributor dashboard, including AEPS and UPI ATM, once the retailer's KYC is complete.

Who supports my retailers?

You are the first contact in your district; DuePe support handles bank-side issues, complaints and anything you escalate, in nine languages.

Can an existing DuePe CSP become a distributor?

Yes. Successful DuePe CSPs often take up distribution for the villages around them; contact the team to start.

In the village

One distributor, a district of shops

Rural India is reached one shop at a time. A DuePe distributor knows the taluk, the market days and the shopkeepers by name, and brings the service to each counter: onboarding, wallet funding, training and the first few transactions done together.

As the network grows, the distributor's dashboard shows which shops are active, where wallets are low and where a new DuePe CSP would serve the next cluster of villages.
