Questions about gift cards
How is the gift card delivered?
As a digital code - printed on the receipt or sent by SMS or email to the customer, usually within seconds of payment.
Can a gift card be refunded?
Issued vouchers cannot be cancelled. If an order fails before issue, the amount is refunded to the DuePe CSP against the order reference.
Which brands are available?
The catalogue in the app lists the current brands and denominations across shopping, food, entertainment and digital services; it changes as brands are added.
Can a gift card be sent to someone in another city?
Yes. The voucher code can be sent by SMS or email to any mobile number or address, so it reaches family wherever they are.
Does the customer need a bank card?
No. The customer pays cash at the counter and the voucher is issued from the shop's DuePe wallet.
Can companies buy vouchers in bulk?
Yes. Bulk orders for staff bonuses and festival gifts can be placed through a DuePe CSP; ask the shop or the DuePe team for the current brands.
